Are your Pokémon products authentic?

Yes. All products sold by PokeStrategy are 100% genuine. We source inventory from trusted UK distributors and verified sealed collections. We do not sell counterfeit or resealed items.


Do you sell factory-sealed booster packs?

Yes. Unless stated otherwise in the product description, all booster packs and products are factory sealed.


How are orders packaged?

Orders are carefully packed using padded mailers or boxes to protect the contents during transit. Booster packs are wrapped securely to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.


When will my order ship?

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.


What shipping options are available?

We ship using Royal Mail. Standard and tracked delivery options are available at checkout. Currently we ship within the UK only.


Do you accept returns?

We accept returns for unopened, sealed items within 14 days of delivery. Due to the collectible nature of trading card products, opened or tampered items cannot be returned.


Do you offer bulk or custom orders?

Yes. If you're looking to purchase multiple items or arrange a custom bundle, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help.


Can you source specific Pokémon sets or cards?

Possibly. We're always sourcing new inventory. If you're looking for a specific set or card, get in touch and we'll let you know if we can help.
