1. Are your Pokémon products genuine?
Yes — all our products are 100% authentic, sourced from trusted UK distributors or directly from sealed collections. We never sell fake or resealed packs.
2. Do you sell sealed booster packs?
Absolutely. We sell only factory-sealed booster packs and products, unless specifically stated otherwise in the product description.
3. How do you package orders?
All orders are packaged securely in padded mailers or boxes to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Booster packs are bubble-wrapped for extra protection.
4. When will my order ship?
We typically dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on the way.
5. What shipping options do you offer?
We ship via Royal Mail. Standard and tracked delivery options are available at checkout. UK-wide delivery only (at the moment).
6. Do you accept returns?
We only accept returns for unopened, sealed items within 14 days of delivery. Due to the collectible nature of TCG products, we cannot accept returns for opened or tampered packs.
7. Can I place a custom or bulk order?
Yes! If you're looking to buy multiple items or request a custom bundle, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
8. I’m looking for a specific set — can you help?
We’re always hunting new stock. If you're after a particular set or card, reach out — we may be able to track it down for you.
