We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original sealed condition.


Eligible Returns

Items may be returned if they meet the following conditions:

• The product is unopened and unused
• Original factory seals are intact
• The item is returned within the 14-day return period


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the collectible nature of trading card products, we cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or tampered booster packs
• Used products
• Mystery or randomised items (unless damaged on arrival)


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will offer either:

• a replacement, or
• a full refund

We may request photos to help assess the issue.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if we reasonably believe the product has been opened, resealed, or tampered with after delivery.


How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email:

Include the following:

• your order number
• a brief description of the issue
• photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We will respond with instructions for the return process.


Cryptocurrency Payments

If your order was paid using cryptocurrency (such as Bitcoin or USDC), refunds will be issued in GBP at the original order value.

Refunds will be processed via standard payment methods such as bank transfer or card refund.

Cryptocurrency payments themselves cannot be returned.
