🔁 Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order — but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how our returns work:

🕒 Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

📦 What Can Be Returned

  • Pokéball Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
  • Pokéball Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, we cannot accept returns on opened packs unless they arrive damaged or not as described.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Pokéball Opened or tampered booster packs
  • Pokéball Used products
  • Pokéball Mystery or randomised items (unless damaged)

💥 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll offer a full refund or replacement — whichever you prefer.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if we reasonably believe an item has been opened, resealed, or otherwise tampered with after delivery.

📬 How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at admin@pokestrategy.co.uk with:

  • Pokéball Your order number
  • Pokéball A description (and photo, if applicable) of the issue

We’ll get back to you quickly with the next steps.

₿ Refunds for Crypto Payments

If you paid with cryptocurrency (e.g. Bitcoin or USDC), please note that all refunds will be issued in GBP at the original transaction value, regardless of crypto price fluctuations.

Refunds will be processed via standard payment methods (e.g. card or bank transfer). We do not return cryptocurrency under any circumstance.
